成田定額タクシー各社比較(2026年料金)

Quick AnswerNarita has three kinds of 'fixed': taxi-company teigaku fares (Nihon Kotsu: ¥28,000 to Shinjuku/Shibuya, ¥33,000 at night, tolls extra), per-person rail and bus (Skyliner ¥2,300–2,660 / N'EX ¥3,140 / Limousine Bus ¥3,200–3,600), and all-inclusive private transfers (RydAgent: ¥24,000 flat to any of Tokyo's 23 wards — Alphard, tolls included, no night surcharge; 9-seat HiAce ¥30,000). Solo travelers: take the train. Night arrivals, families of 4 with luggage, groups of 6–9: the private transfer wins. Book in 30 seconds at rydagent.com.

Source for taxi figures: Nihon Kotsu's Narita fixed-fare page (tolls-extra and night-rate terms stated there; no vehicle-class selection is listed — these are ordinary taxi vehicles), checked July 2026.

The line everyone misses: vehicle class. The teigaku price buys an ordinary taxi (4 passengers, 2–3 cases in the boot). Our ¥24,000 buys a premium Alphard MPV — 4 passengers plus 4 large suitcases. To Shinjuku, that means a class-above vehicle for less money than the taxi fare — that's the real content of this comparison.

The Cost the Rail Fares Don't Show

Every per-person figure above gets you to a station, not to your hotel. The Skyliner terminates at Ueno or Nippori and the N'EX at Tokyo, Shinjuku or Shibuya — after which there's a subway leg or a short taxi, typically ¥500–2,000 per person depending on where you're staying and how much you're dragging. For one or two people travelling light that's a rounding error and the train still wins outright. For four people with four cases it's the difference between "the train is a quarter of the price" and "the train is a third of the price, plus two changes."

Worth knowing before you commit: Terminal 3 has no station of its own. Terminals 1 and 2 have stations directly beneath them; Terminal 3, the low-cost carrier terminal, connects to Terminal 2's station on foot. It's a real walk with luggage rather than a few steps, and it's the terminal most budget arrivals land at.

Where the Crossover Actually Is

PartySkyliner (per person)RydAgent (per person)Cheaper
2 people≈¥5,000 total¥24,000 → ¥12,000Train, comfortably
4 people≈¥10,000 total¥24,000 → ¥6,000Train
6 people≈¥15,000 total¥30,000 HiAce → ¥5,000Train, narrowing
9 people≈¥22,000 total¥30,000 HiAce → ¥3,333Train by ≈¥8,000

Skyliner at ¥2,300–2,660 per head, before the last-mile leg above. On pure fare the train wins at every group size, and we'd rather put that in a table than bury it. What changes at nine people is that the gap shrinks to about ¥8,000 for the whole party while the practical difference — nine people and nine cases making two changes versus one door-to-door vehicle — grows to the point where most groups stop optimising for fare.

What About Uber and GO?

Neither is the bargain people expect at Narita. Both mostly dispatch the same licensed taxis, so an Uber Taxi is the meter plus a booking fee — Uber's own published route averages have run around ¥35,900 to Shinjuku with tolls on top, which is above Nihon Kotsu's ¥28,000 daytime teigaku and well above our ¥24,000 all-in. Uber Premier brings an Alphard-class car but prices on demand, so the number arrives after you land rather than before you fly. Full breakdown: is Uber or a private car cheaper from Narita?

Honest Verdicts

  • 1–2 travelers, light bags: Skyliner or N'EX, no contest.
  • Daytime, eastern wards: teigaku taxi and our transfer are roughly tied — pick either.
  • Shinjuku/Shibuya: we're cheaper even in daytime, in an Alphard rather than a sedan.
  • Night arrivals: the biggest gap — ¥33,000+ plus tolls vs our unchanged ¥24,000 with flight tracking and a name board.
  • Groups of 5–9: one 9-seat HiAce (¥30,000, ¥3,333 each) beats two sedans; no app in Japan offers anything above 5 seats.

Late Arrivals and Dawn Departures

Narita's distance is what makes the timing bite at both ends. On arrival, the last departures vary by line more than most guides admit: the Narita Express finishes earliest in the evening, the Keisei Skyliner runs later, and Access Express and local Keisei services run later still, roughly to 11 PM. A single "last train from Narita" figure will mislead you — check the last departure for your own arrival date and terminal. After the trains there's a late-night airport bus to Tokyo Station at around ¥3,000, and after that a taxi at the night rate or a pre-booked car.

Going out is the harder half. An early international departure from Narita often means moving before the first Skyliner or N'EX runs, and the limousine bus starts later than the trains do. If your check-in opens before the rail network does, the realistic choices are an airport hotel the night before or a pre-booked car — and at a fixed ¥24,000, that car costs the same at 4 AM as it does at noon, which a taxi hailed at that hour does not. Full playbook: Japan's late-night airport guide.

Travelling with Small Children

Ordinary taxis in Japan carry no child seats — public transport is exempt from the requirement, so a family landing at Narita with an infant frequently discovers there is simply nothing to install. We fit rear-facing infant seats, forward-facing child seats or booster cushions at ¥2,000 each, any type the same price, installed before the driver reaches the terminal. It has to be requested at booking because the seat travels with the car, not with the airport.

This was such an easy stress free experience. I have taken many airport transfers and this was by far the easiest and most efficient experience I have ever had. The communication was frequent and proactive. I cannot say enough about this company. 100% recommend

The driver contacted us as soon as we landed in Tokyo. He provided clear instructions how to meet after we got our luggage. He had to wait an extra 30 mins since our plane was delayed. Great service, great / clean car and a nice ride to our hotel. Thanks.

My wife and I had a flawless experience using this transfer service from Tokyo's Haneda Airport to Central Tokyo. Although we are in our 70s, we are experienced travelers and usually take public transit or a taxi from airports to hotels. However, this was our first trip to Asia and with a 12-hour flight from Chicago, we decided that we needed to make the hotel transfer easy. And it was. Communication with the company was excellent. They messaged me through WhatsApp several times to make everything was clear. In fact, I messaged them when we landed, that the plane was an hour early and hoped they could pick us up sooner. They responded yes and sure enough our driver,John, was there to meet us past customs. John was very friendly and very professional. His English was excellent. He handled the luggage. The vehicle was comfortable. He made us feel welcome. I highly recommend them and would use them again without hesitation.

Great experience using this private transfer from our hotel to Haneda Airport. Booking was easy, and when we needed to adjust our pickup time, the operator was very responsive. The driver arrived on time and the ride was smooth and stress-free. Would definitely use again.

Professional service that takes the stress out of airport transfers. Our family has been to Tokyo a few times. Airport transfer by train, taxi, and private car. This service is good value, especially for groups. We had a very comfortable and well kept vehicle. Driver was very professional, polite, and easy to work with. We had an hour long flight delay and sat on the runway for 20 minutes after landing. This service was very flexible and helpful through the situation. Driver was patiently waiting when we arrived.

Karazawa Ryou was our driver. He texted us his contact info via Whatsap the day before our flight. In between flights, we learned that our connecting flight had been delayed. Instead of arriving at 9:15pm, we would now be arriving at I1:30pm. Such a significant amount of delay time...plus, arriving so much LATER at night, I was worried that our driver would no longer be able to pick us up. I notified him, and he responded, "Don't worry. I'll wait for you. See you later." He even included a smiley face! I went from panic to peace in an instant. As we were exiting the plane, I received a text from him notifying me that we had landed at Terminal 2, so it would be quicker to get out. I should let him know once we had picked up our luggage, and he would be at the exit within one minute with a sign. I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly this process went, and the SUV exceeded my expectations. It was lush and immaculately clean. I commend the driver on his professionalism and would not hesitate to hire him again. This experience was BETTER THAN PERFECT!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Communication before arrival was clear and professional, and the driver was waiting exactly as instructed after we cleared customs at Haneda Airport. After a long international flight, having a smooth private transfer to our hotel made a huge difference. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, the ride was efficient, and the entire process felt very organized and stress-free. We especially appreciated the prompt responses and easy coordination through WhatsApp. Highly recommend KJ Tour for anyone arriving in Tokyo and wanting a reliable, comfortable airport transfer experience.
