Service Description

Transportation booking intermediary service in Japan (RydAgent). We operate the booking platform; actual transportation services are provided by licensed partner carriers.

Costs Other Than the Service Price

Tolls, parking, fuel and consumption tax are included in the displayed price. Extra charges arise only from options you choose: child seats at ¥2,000 per seat, an English-fluent driver (+20% of the car fare), waiting beyond the free allowance (90 minutes from actual landing on airport pickups, 30 minutes otherwise; beyond that ¥6,000/hour for an Alphard and ¥8,000/hour for a HiAce, billed in 15-minute blocks with under 15 minutes free), and extra stops requested mid-trip (quoted in writing before any charge). Charter overtime is billed at the same hourly rate, in 15-minute blocks, with under 15 minutes free. No tip is expected.

Refund Policy

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable — except when the airline cancels or moves your flight to another day: then you may choose a free rebooking or a full refund, even inside 24 hours
