Your driver is usually assigned the day before and messages you directly. Your flight is tracked from booking — at arrivals your driver waits with a name board, with 90 minutes of free waiting after landing.
They're always open. Unlike trains or airport buses there is no sales window — book tomorrow's pickup or next year's. Last-minute works too: airport pickups and drop-offs can be booked online until 2 hours before pickup at the same fixed price — no surcharge. Only pickups far from our vehicle bases (roughly 50 km or more) need about 24 hours' notice.

Your price includes tolls, parking, fuel and taxes — and meet & greet with a name board on airport pickups. Tipping is never expected — never required. Hourly charters include tolls, parking and fuel in the rate, and charter overtime never costs more — same hourly rate in 15-minute blocks, payable by cash or card link even after you're back at your hotel. The only extras are options you choose: child seats, waiting beyond the free allowance, or extra stops you request.
Both free up to 24 hours before pickup — cancel for a full refund to your original payment method within two weeks, or change date, time or destination with just the fare difference settled. Within 24 hours the fare is non-refundable and changes are best-effort. Cancel yourself from the link in your booking email or at rydagent.com/my-bookings — the refund is automatic; for changes, message us on WhatsApp or email.
Tracked from the moment you book. Delays over 20 minutes auto-adjust your pickup — 30 minutes or overnight, your driver meets the actual landing. Airline cancelled or moved your flight to another day? Rebook free or take a full refund — your choice, even inside 24 hours.
Airport pickups: 90 minutes free from actual landing. Departures and city pickups: 30 minutes free. Past that, your driver still doesn't leave — if he has another transfer after yours we reassign it so he can keep waiting. Extra waiting is ¥6,000/hour for an Alphard and ¥8,000/hour for a HiAce, in 15-minute blocks; under 15 minutes isn't charged.
Toyota Alphard: up to 4 passengers + 4 large suitcases + 4 personal bags on laps. Toyota HiAce: up to 9 passengers + 9 large suitcases + 9 personal bags.

The price is locked when you book — nothing added later. Business receipts (領収書) issued on request: addressee, description line and ride date/time as you specify, PDF by email, any time after your trip.
