Before pickup we text or email you a link to your booking page: your driver, car and plate once assigned, usually their live location once they're on the way, and a chat with your driver or our team — messages with your driver are auto-translated, so you each write in your own language. Your flight is tracked from booking — at arrivals your driver waits with a name board, with 90 minutes of free waiting after landing.
They're always open. Unlike trains or airport buses there is no sales window — book tomorrow's pickup or next year's. Every ride can be booked online until 20:00 Japan time the day before, subject to availability, at the same fixed price as booking months ahead — no rush fee or night surcharge. Pickups far from our vehicle bases (roughly 50 km or more) need about 24 hours' notice. For a same-day ride, message us on WhatsApp and we'll see whether a car can be arranged.

Your price includes tolls, parking, fuel and taxes — and meet & greet with a name board on airport pickups. Tipping is never expected — never required. Hourly charters include tolls, parking and fuel in the rate, and charter overtime never costs more — same hourly rate in 15-minute blocks, payable by cash or card link even after you're back at your hotel. The only extras are options you choose: child seats, waiting beyond the free allowance, or extra stops you request.
Both free up to 24 hours before pickup — cancel for a full refund to your original payment method within two weeks, or change date, time or destination with just the fare difference settled. Within 24 hours the fare is non-refundable and changes are best-effort. Do either yourself from "Manage this booking online" in your booking email (can't find it? look up the booking at rydagent.com/en/my-bookings and we'll email you the link) — the refund is automatic. If a change affects the price, or it's within 24 hours, message us on WhatsApp or email.
Tracked from the moment you book. Delays over 20 minutes auto-adjust your pickup — 30 minutes or overnight, your driver meets the actual landing. Airline cancelled or moved your flight to another day? Rebook free or take a full refund — your choice, even inside 24 hours.
Airport pickups: 90 minutes free from actual landing. Past that, your driver still doesn't leave — if he has another transfer after yours we reassign it so he can keep waiting. Departures and other transfers: 30 minutes free from your booked time; after that your driver may have another booking, so he can stay only if his schedule allows — tell us early if you might be late. Extra waiting is ¥6,000/hour for an Alphard and ¥8,000/hour for a HiAce, in 15-minute blocks; under 15 minutes isn't charged. On hourly charters, waiting is part of your booked hours.
Toyota Alphard: up to 4 passengers + 4 large suitcases + 4 personal bags on laps. Toyota HiAce: up to 9 passengers + 9 large suitcases + 9 personal bags. Fewer passengers, more room: empty seats carry luggage (passengers + large suitcases up to 8 in the Alphard, 18 in the HiAce).
Visa, Mastercard, Amex and JCB via Stripe's secure checkout — pay at booking, or Reserve now, pay later (trips 48+ hours ahead): ¥0 today, charged automatically 48 hours before pickup, free cancellation until 24 hours before. The price is locked when you book — nothing added later. Business receipts (領収書) issued on request: addressee, description line and ride date/time as you specify, PDF by email, any time after your trip.
