RydAgent is operated by PLENS Inc. (株式会社PLENS), a Travel Service Arrangement Business registered with Saitama Prefecture (Registration No. サー184).

2. Information we collect

Booking details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, pickup and drop-off locations, date and time, number of passengers, flight number, and any notes or special requests.

Payment information: processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our own servers.

Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, and similar usage data collected through cookies and analytics tools.

3. How we use your information

To provide and coordinate your transportation booking, including sharing the trip details necessary for the licensed carrier who fulfills your ride.

To communicate with you about your booking — confirmations, driver coordination, flight monitoring, and support — by email, phone, WhatsApp, or messaging.

To process payments and issue receipts; to operate, secure, and improve our website and services; and for fraud prevention.

For marketing and advertising, including showing relevant ads to you and to audiences similar to our customers (see Section 5).

4. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies — including Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, the Reddit Pixel, and Google Ads tags — to understand how our site is used and to measure and optimize our advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

5. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described below.

Carriers: we share the trip details needed to fulfill your ride with the licensed local operator assigned to your booking.

Service providers: payment processing (Stripe), messaging and communications, email delivery, hosting, and analytics providers who process data on our behalf.

Advertising partners (including Google and Reddit): we may share contact information such as your email address and phone number, in a hashed (irreversibly encoded) form, with advertising platforms including Google (for example, Google Customer Match) and Reddit, so that we can show relevant ads to you and reach new audiences similar to our existing customers. This information is hashed before it is shared and is used only for ad matching. You can opt out at any time (see Section 8).

Legal and safety: where required by applicable law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers, drivers, or company.

6. International data transfers

RydAgent operates from Japan and serves customers worldwide. Your information may be processed in Japan and in other countries where we or our service providers operate. We take steps to protect your information consistent with this Policy.

7. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations (such as tax and accounting requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. After that, it is deleted or anonymized.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to or withdraw consent for certain processing.

To exercise these rights — or to opt out of marketing and advertising uses of your information, including Customer Match — email us at contact@plens-japan.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law. You can also opt out of personalized ads through Google's and Reddit's own ad settings.

9. Children's privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be posted on this page.
