This was such an easy stress free experience. I have taken many airport transfers and this was by far the easiest and most efficient experience I have ever had. The communication was frequent and proactive. I cannot say enough about this company. 100% recommend

Nagoya Station to Nagashima Resort
~35 min door-to-door — no — train transfers with luggage
Private car, just your group — leave Nagoya exactly when you want
Direct to Nagashima Resort, bags loaded for you
One car for the family — Alphard 4+4 or HiAce 9+9
Getting from Nagoya to the Nagashima resort area by public transport means your luggage travels with you through every station and connection on the way. Nagashima Resort has no station, but it does have a direct highway bus from the Meitetsu Bus Center that gets there in about an hour — cheap and sensible for two people on a normal day. What it does not cover is the evening end of the Nabana no Sato illumination season, when the return queues and the traffic are the part that ruins the night. A private car turns it into a single door-to-door ride: pickup at your Nagoya hotel or the station exit, about 35 minutes on the road, and drop-off at your Nagashima Resort address — one fixed price of ¥21,000 (up to 4 in an Alphard, or ¥24,000 for up to 9 in a HiAce), tolls included, the same price at any hour.

Frequently Asked Questions
On this route, usually yes — the highway bus is ¥1,400 but it often sells out on weekends; a private car is direct door-to-door and fixed at ¥21,000; for a party of 4 that's ≈¥5,250 each with zero transfers. Per person, one or two travellers with light luggage will still pay less on public transport, and a metered taxi (¥15,000) can come in under our fixed price too — the private car wins on luggage, group size and not changing trains, not on being the cheapest.
About 35 min for the roughly 30 km door-to-door. The highway bus takes ~1 hr; a private car goes straight there.
A taxi's real advantage is that it's there without booking, and for one or two people with light bags that's often the sensible choice — we won't pretend otherwise. Where it fits less well is the longer run to the Nagashima resort area. The fare is metered — for this distance it runs about ¥15,000 with the expressway tolls and booking fee on top, and the meter climbs higher in heavy traffic or with a 20% night surcharge between 22:00 and 05:00. Booked through an app, the figure you accept at request time is an estimate — the card is charged whatever the meter and the taxi company's pickup fee actually come to. A sedan taxi seats only 4 with room for a bag or two, can't fit a child seat, and with a language barrier it's hard to explain exactly where you need to go. We're fixed at ¥21,000 — a guaranteed all-in price, with tolls and any night surcharge included; no pickup fee, no return fee, no clock running at red lights or in traffic, and apart from waiting beyond the free allowance nothing else is ever charged — and you get a premium Alphard or a HiAce (up to 9 passengers), child seats on request, and a driver who picks you up at your door, on time.
You can — Uber's premium tiers (Black / Premier) use Alphard-class cars, the same Toyota Alphard we use. The catch on a run this long is the pricing model: it's dynamic, from around ¥12,000 up to ¥18,000 with surge, while we're fixed at ¥21,000 all-in, tolls included, whatever the demand that day. Uber's standard tier (Uber Taxi) simply dispatches a regular metered taxi — about ¥15,000 for this route, billed by the meter plus the taxi company's pickup fee, so the final charge often lands above the in-app estimate. And no Uber tier offers a van for up to 9 passengers. Same car either way; what you're choosing with us is one price prepaid at booking — no pickup fee, no return fee, no surge, no clock running at red lights or in traffic, and apart from waiting beyond the free allowance nothing else is ever charged — plus child seats on request (¥2,000 each) and your driver's details on your booking page once assigned.
Before pickup we text or email you a link to your booking page — your driver's name, car and plate once assigned, and a chat with your driver or our team. The driver then meets you at your Nagoya pickup point and loads your luggage. You leave exactly when you want; we handle the route, tolls and parking.
Per seat, public transport usually wins on paper. But one full-size HiAce (up to 9 passengers) is ¥24,000 fixed for the whole vehicle: ¥2,667 per person with 9 aboard, ¥4,000 with 6 — door-to-door, luggage loaded for you, no station transfers. And since nothing bookable at a taxi rank, on Uber or on a chauffeur app in Japan seats more than 5, from 6 people the van isn't just competitive per person — it's the only way the whole group rides in one vehicle.
The Alphard seats up to 4 with 4 large suitcases plus personal bags on your lap (with fewer passengers, empty seats carry luggage too: passengers plus large suitcases up to 8); the HiAce seats up to 9 with 9 large suitcases (passengers plus large suitcases up to 18) — a full-size van that Uber and the taxi apps don't offer (their largest options seat 5) and that jumbo taxis only match by advance reservation through a taxi company, so your whole group stays together in one vehicle. We can't see your bags in advance, so if passengers plus large suitcases go over those totals, we'd suggest the HiAce or a second car — a suggestion, not a requirement. Infant and child seats (both forward-facing) and booster cushions are ¥2,000 each and need to be booked in advance.
A private transfer is a direct ride. One short stop on the way — under 30 minutes, such as a photo or a convenience store — can be added with Driver assistance (¥3,000 Alphard / ¥4,000 HiAce) when you book; write the stop in your booking notes. For two or more stops, or any stop of 30 minutes or more, book a private charter by the hour instead — the car waits while you sightsee. On drives of more than two hours, restroom breaks on the way are free.
Every booking includes: a dedicated agent from booking to drop-off; a door pickup confirmed with you in advance; our driver-no-show guarantee — if a driver doesn't show, your ride is free: we refund your fare in full, cover whatever you took instead (taxi, train, no cap), and add ¥10,000. No claim needed; we contact you first. Every booking also includes an English-speaking agent paired with a licensed professional driver; the founder's direct line for any escalation; and one fixed price with tolls, late-night charges and parking all included.
Cancel 24 hours or more before pickup for a full refund, free of charge — date, time or destination changes in the same window are free as well (any fare difference is settled). Within 24 hours of pickup the fare isn't refundable. Refunds are returned to your original payment method within two weeks.
For a couple, yes. The car earns its place with a family and a pushchair, with groups of 5–9, and in the illumination season when you want to leave after the lights rather than join the bus queue — a fixed ¥21,000 (up to 4) or ¥24,000 (up to 9), about 35 minutes each way.
Yes — book the return as its own transfer for the time you plan to leave. The resort's entrances are spread along one road, so name the gate or the hotel when you book.
Yes. The price you see is the price you pay — tolls, parking, fuel and taxes are all included. Free waiting at pickup is 30 minutes. Tipping is never expected — never required. The only extras are options you choose yourself, such as child seats or waiting beyond the free allowance. After the free 30 minutes your driver may have another booking, so he can wait longer only if his schedule allows — if you might be late, tell us as early as possible; if he can't wait, we do our best to make it work, and if that isn't possible he has to leave and the ride is cancelled without a refund. Any extra waiting is ¥6,000/hour for an Alphard and ¥8,000/hour for a HiAce, in 15-minute blocks (under 15 minutes is free). If we get no reply from you on any channel the day before and on the day itself, the driver may leave once the free 30 minutes are up — that counts as a no-show and is not refunded.
