Street-taxi receipts usually lack an addressee and description line (handwritten ones depend on the driver), ride-hail apps give you an email trip summary that some Japanese companies won't accept as a 領収書, and metered fares can't be written into a travel request before you fly. What Our Receipts Actually Include

• Addressee (宛名): personal or company name, exactly as specified.
• Description (但し書き): your wording — e.g. 'Fixed taxi fare from Narita Airport to ○○', a format that passes Japanese expense review as-is.
• Ride date & time: standard on every receipt; round-trip legs listed separately if you need.
• After-trip issuance: email us any time after the ride, PDF comes back.
• Combined or split: one receipt for both legs, or one each.
• Reissues: corrections and additions handled same-day.

This isn't brochure language — it's how it already works. In July, a business customer using us for a round trip asked us to add the ride dates to his receipts; we reissued within the hour, and ride date/time became a standard field on every receipt since.
