As standard, your driver waits in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. Collect your bags, clear customs, walk out — the name board is the first thing you look for. If airport conditions ever make a name board impossible (peak-hour parking restrictions, for example), the driver sends you a photo and their exact location in the chat on your booking page, so you are never left searching.

Nothing changes for you. We track the flight number, and free waiting at Narita Airport is 90 minutes counted from the moment the flight actually lands — a delay simply moves the clock.
