How It Works

Key Differences from Pickup Service
- No meet & greet for drop-off — meet & greet with name board is a pickup-only service. For drop-off, the driver waits at the hotel entrance; we usually message you as soon as your driver arrives, and you can message them from your booking page; if anything goes wrong, a real person on our team steps in quickly
- Free waiting: 30 minutes (pickup is 90 minutes). If you need more time, overtime is ¥6,000 per hour (Alphard) or ¥8,000 (HiAce) after the 30-minute window, in 15-minute blocks
- We text or email you before pickup — a link to your booking page with the pickup time and location, and a chat with your driver or our team
Important: Departure Time Planning
We recommend reaching the airport at least 3 hours before an international flight — from central Tokyo, that means leaving about 4.5 hours before departure for Narita and about 3.5 hours before for Haneda. Traffic conditions in Tokyo vary, and while your driver will take the optimal route, road conditions are unpredictable. RydAgent is not responsible for missed flights due to traffic congestion.
For Narita Airport, allow extra time — the distance from central Tokyo is 60-80 km, and the drive takes 60-90 minutes under normal conditions.

What if I'm running late from checkout?
Free waiting is 30 minutes from your scheduled pickup time. After that your driver may have another booking, so he can wait longer only if his schedule allows — if you expect to be delayed, tell us as early as possible. Any extra waiting is ¥6,000 per hour (Alphard) or ¥8,000 (HiAce), billed in 15-minute blocks; under 15 minutes is not charged.
