This was such an easy stress free experience. I have taken many airport transfers and this was by far the easiest and most efficient experience I have ever had. The communication was frequent and proactive. I cannot say enough about this company. 100% recommend

Where does your driver wait at Haneda Airport?
Terminals
- Terminal 3
The international terminal — most overseas arrivals land here.
- Terminal 2
ANA's terminal: domestic flights plus some ANA international arrivals. Check your ticket — 'Terminal 2 International' is a separate arrivals area.
- Terminal 1
JAL and other domestic carriers. Free shuttle buses link all three terminals, every 4–8 minutes through the day.
Meeting point
As standard, your driver waits in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. Collect your bags, clear customs, walk out — the name board is the first thing you look for. If airport conditions ever make a name board impossible (peak-hour parking restrictions, for example), the driver sends a photo and guides you by WhatsApp to the pickup point, so you are never left searching. At Haneda the driver waits at the arrivals lobby of your terminal — Terminal 3 for most international flights, Terminal 2 for ANA international arrivals — and then walks you to the car.
From the gate to the car
Haneda is the airport where the 'landed to in the car' time is shortest in Japan: immigration at Terminal 3 is compact, the baggage hall is directly behind it, and the arrivals lobby is right after customs. From the lobby it is a short walk to the pickup curb. Central Tokyo is then about 40 minutes away — on a late-night arrival you can be at a Shinjuku or Ginza hotel before a train-and-taxi combination has left the airport.

Landing late at night at Haneda Airport?
Haneda handles many late-evening and small-hours international arrivals, and the Keikyu Line and Tokyo Monorail stop for the night while the airport is still busy. A private car is booked to the flight, waits 90 minutes free from actual landing, and costs the same at 1 a.m. as at 1 p.m. — no night surcharge.
