The timing catches many visitors off guard — a station that normally has a train every 8 minutes might run one every 15-20 minutes during the holiday.
Airport express trains like N'EX (Narita Express, ¥3,140/person) and the Keisei Skyliner still operate, but they're noticeably busier. Seat reservations for N'EX can sell out, and unreserved Skyliner tickets mean standing for the 41-minute ride with your luggage.
