A RydAgent refund goes back to your original payment method — the same card, Apple Pay or Google Pay — and arrives within two weeks. When you cancel more than 24 hours before pickup on your booking page, the full refund starts automatically; cancellations within 24 hours of pickup are not refunded. With Reserve now, pay later, cancelling before the 48-hour charge means nothing is charged at all, so there's nothing to refund.

If the airline cancels your flight or moves it to another day, you choose a free change or a full refund — even inside 24 hours. This covers airport transfers booked with your flight number. Send us the airline's notice; if you choose the refund, we process it within 24 hours, and it then reaches your account on the usual timeline.
If we cancel your booking, you get a full refund. If your driver doesn't show up because of us: full refund, your taxi on us, plus ¥10,000 — on hourly charters, double your money back. We contact you and start it ourselves; there's nothing to claim.
