Your flight is tracked and the pickup follows your actual landing time. Meet & greet with a name board is standard on direct bookings, with 90 minutes of free waiting counted from touchdown. Past 90 minutes, waiting is ¥3,000 per 30 minutes for the Alphard.
Child seats, fitted in advance
Rear-facing infant seats, forward-facing child seats and booster cushions are ¥2,000 each and installed before pickup — book them in advance. No taxi or ride-hail tier in Japan provides these.

What happens if our flight is delayed?
