How will we find our driver at the airport?

Your driver is confirmed the day before and contacts you ahead of pickup — by WhatsApp, SMS or email. Meet-and-greet with a name board in the arrivals hall is standard and already included in the price. At a few airports, parking or access restrictions can make a name board impractical; in that case the driver guides you by phone, live GPS pin or video call instead, and your booking confirmation includes a pinned meeting point. If you can't reach the driver, wait in the arrivals hall — they will come and look for you.

Karazawa Ryou was our driver. He texted us his contact info via Whatsap the day before our flight. In between flights, we learned that our connecting flight had been delayed.
