Quick AnswerA private transfer from Kitakyushu Airport to Kokura Station is a fixed all-inclusive price from ¥33,000 for up to 4 passengers (about 35 minutes), or from ¥36,000 for up to 9 in a HiAce van; Hakata Station, Mojiko and Karato Market each have their own fixed price. Our nearest driver base is Fukuoka, so the price includes the positioning cost — for one or two people the airport bus is the better buy, and the car earns its price for groups, luggage, a hotel away from the station, or the places the bus does not reach. The driver tracks your flight, waits 90 minutes free from actual landing and meets you in the arrivals lobby with a name board. You’re always in the loop — AI or a real person responds instantly, so you’ll never be left at the airport wondering where your driver is while juggling luggage and family. About Kitakyushu Airport

Kitakyushu Airport (KKJ, ICAO RJFR) is the airport for Kitakyushu, about 32 km by road from Kokura Station. Seoul and Busan (Jin Air, with Korean Air codeshares) and Taipei fly here; a Taichung charter programme started in August 2026. One terminal on reclaimed land offshore, joined to the city by a bridge: the arrivals lobby, information desk and bus stops are on 1F, departures and both the domestic and international gate lounges on 2F. There is no rail link; the Nishitetsu airport bus to Kokura Station is ¥710 and about 40 minutes on the nonstop runs, with a shuttle to Kusami Station on the JR Nippo Line. RydAgent fixed-price transfers run to Kokura Station, Hakata Station, Mojiko and Karato Market. We do not yet have a driver base here — the nearest is Fukuoka — so each fixed price includes the positioning cost; for one or two people the bus is the better buy, and the comparison table below says so.

Meeting point

As standard, your driver waits in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. Collect your bags, clear customs, walk out — the name board is the first thing you look for. If airport conditions ever make a name board impossible (peak-hour parking restrictions, for example), the driver sends a photo and guides you by WhatsApp to the pickup point, so you are never left searching. At Kitakyushu Airport the driver waits in the arrivals lobby and walks you to the car. Kitakyushu Airport has no rail link, so from the arrivals hall it is the airport bus, a taxi from the rank, or a booked car.

Landing late at night at Kitakyushu Airport?

Kitakyushu Airport has no train; after the last airport bus, a metered taxi from the rank is the fallback. A car booked to your flight sidesteps the question — the same fixed price whatever the hour, and the driver waits 90 minutes free from the actual landing time.

This was such an easy stress free experience. I have taken many airport transfers and this was by far the easiest and most efficient experience I have ever had. The communication was frequent and proactive. I cannot say enough about this company. 100% recommend

The driver contacted us as soon as we landed in Tokyo. He provided clear instructions how to meet after we got our luggage. He had to wait an extra 30 mins since our plane was delayed. Great service, great / clean car and a nice ride to our hotel. Thanks.

My wife and I had a flawless experience using this transfer service from Tokyo's Haneda Airport to Central Tokyo. Although we are in our 70s, we are experienced travelers and usually take public transit or a taxi from airports to hotels. However, this was our first trip to Asia and with a 12-hour flight from Chicago, we decided that we needed to make the hotel transfer easy. And it was. Communication with the company was excellent. They messaged me through WhatsApp several times to make everything was clear. In fact, I messaged them when we landed, that the plane was an hour early and hoped they could pick us up sooner. They responded yes and sure enough our driver,John, was there to meet us past customs. John was very friendly and very professional. His English was excellent. He handled the luggage. The vehicle was comfortable. He made us feel welcome. I highly recommend them and would use them again without hesitation.

Michael Bakov, Jul 2026

Our driver picked us up at our hotel and dropped us at Haneda Airport Departures (Terminal 3) as requested. It was a very comfortable and safe ride and the vehicle was very clean and spacious. Thank you so much!

Valerie Pendon, Jun 2026

Great experience using this private transfer from our hotel to Haneda Airport. Booking was easy, and when we needed to adjust our pickup time, the operator was very responsive. The driver arrived on time and the ride was smooth and stress-free. Would definitely use again.

Professional service that takes the stress out of airport transfers. Our family has been to Tokyo a few times. Airport transfer by train, taxi, and private car. This service is good value, especially for groups. We had a very comfortable and well kept vehicle. Driver was very professional, polite, and easy to work with. We had an hour long flight delay and sat on the runway for 20 minutes after landing. This service was very flexible and helpful through the situation. Driver was patiently waiting when we arrived.

Karazawa Ryou was our driver. He texted us his contact info via Whatsap the day before our flight. In between flights, we learned that our connecting flight had been delayed. Instead of arriving at 9:15pm, we would now be arriving at I1:30pm. Such a significant amount of delay time...plus, arriving so much LATER at night, I was worried that our driver would no longer be able to pick us up. I notified him, and he responded, "Don't worry. I'll wait for you. See you later." He even included a smiley face! I went from panic to peace in an instant. As we were exiting the plane, I received a text from him notifying me that we had landed at Terminal 2, so it would be quicker to get out. I should let him know once we had picked up our luggage, and he would be at the exit within one minute with a sign. I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly this process went, and the SUV exceeded my expectations. It was lush and immaculately clean. I commend the driver on his professionalism and would not hesitate to hire him again. This experience was BETTER THAN PERFECT!

Cheryl FitzGerald, May 2026

Very nice transfer service. Very helpful and most pleasant experience. Would use them again.

William Thornton BC Guide Dogs, May 2026

Excellent experience from start to finish. Communication before arrival was clear and professional, and the driver was waiting exactly as instructed after we cleared customs at Haneda Airport. After a long international flight, having a smooth private transfer to our hotel made a huge difference. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, the ride was efficient, and the entire process felt very organized and stress-free. We especially appreciated the prompt responses and easy coordination through WhatsApp. Highly recommend KJ Tour for anyone arriving in Tokyo and wanting a reliable, comfortable airport transfer experience.
