This was such an easy stress free experience. I have taken many airport transfers and this was by far the easiest and most efficient experience I have ever had. The communication was frequent and proactive. I cannot say enough about this company. 100% recommend

Takamatsu Airport Transfers (TAK)
About Takamatsu Airport
Takamatsu Airport (TAK, ICAO RJOT) is Kagawa's airport, in the hills of Konan about 17 km south of Takamatsu Station, and the main international gateway to Shikoku — Seoul, Busan, Taipei, Taichung and Hong Kong fly here (the Shanghai route is suspended at the time of writing). Domestic and international flights share one terminal: arrivals for both are on the 1F lobby, departures on 2F. There is no rail link; the Kotoden airport bus to Takamatsu Station (about 45 minutes, ¥1,000 until 30 September 2026 and ¥1,300 from 1 October) and the Kinkuu bus to Kotohira are the public options. RydAgent fixed-price transfers run to Takamatsu Station and Port (for the Naoshima and Shodoshima boats), Kotohira, Tokushima, Naruto Park and the Iya Valley. We do not yet have a driver base in Kagawa — the nearest is Okayama — so each fixed price includes the positioning cost. For one or two people heading into the city the bus is the better buy, and the comparison table below says so.

Where does your driver wait at Takamatsu Airport?
Terminals
- Single terminal
One building for domestic and international flights. Arrivals for both are on 1F: the domestic and international baggage halls open onto the same arrivals lobby, with the bus stops and taxi rank outside its doors. Departures and both security checkpoints are on 2F; check-in counters (ANA, JAL, Jetstar and the international carriers) are on 1F.
Meeting point
As standard, your driver waits in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. Collect your bags, clear customs, walk out — the name board is the first thing you look for. If airport conditions ever make a name board impossible (peak-hour parking restrictions, for example), the driver sends a photo and guides you by WhatsApp to the pickup point, so you are never left searching. At Takamatsu the driver waits in the 1F arrivals lobby, which domestic and international arrivals share, and walks you to the car. Takamatsu Airport has no rail link. Public transport into town means the airport bus (about 45 minutes to Takamatsu Station) and then a taxi or a walk with your luggage at the other end.

Landing late at night at Takamatsu Airport?
Takamatsu Airport has no train; after the last Kotoden airport bus, a metered taxi from the rank is the fallback. A car booked to your flight sidesteps the question — the same fixed price to Takamatsu, Kotohira or Tokushima whatever the hour, and the driver waits 90 minutes free from the actual landing time.
