Yes — RydAgent lets the same car drop you at a second place or pick someone up on the way, added as Driver assistance and priced by the drive between the two places: up to 30 minutes is one unit, 30–60 minutes is two, at ¥3,000 per unit for an Alphard and ¥4,000 for a HiAce. One transfer includes one pick-up and one drop-off, so this is the add-on. A quick stop of under 30 minutes is one more unit; two or more stops, or one stop of 30 minutes or longer, is booked as an hourly charter.

How to add a second stop

    In TO, enter where the ride finally ends — for example the restaurant after you drop your bags at the hotel.

    Choose Driver assistance

    Under Add-ons, pick the tier that matches the drive between your two places: 30 min for up to 30 minutes, 60 min for 30–60 minutes.

    Write the first stop in NOTES

    Say where the car stops first and what happens there — “drop bags at Keio Plaza Hotel, then continue to Shibuya Sky”.

What counts as a stop, and when is it a charter?

Dropping off bags or some of your group and driving on is a second drop-off, not a stop. A stop is when the car waits for you. One stop of under 30 minutes on a transfer is one Driver assistance unit; you can add it on top of a second drop-off or pick-up and choose the combined tier (60 or 90 min). Two or more stops, or one stop of 30 minutes or more, is booked as an hourly charter — buying a longer Driver assistance doesn't replace it.

  • Two terminals at the same airport count as one drop-off — no extra charge.
  • On transfers with an estimated drive of over 2 hours, a toilet break at a highway service area is free.

Can the car take us back to the first place?

Book that as its own ride: a transfer ends at its last stop, so going back to the first place or to where you started is a separate booking — or make the whole outing an hourly charter. If the drive between your two places is over 60 minutes, message us and we'll quote it.

I've booked an hourly charter — do stops cost extra?

No. On a charter, stops are part of your booked hours. Add them to “Your plan for the day” when you book.

My wife and I had a flawless experience using this transfer service from Tokyo's Haneda Airport to Central Tokyo. Although we are in our 70s, we are experienced travelers and usually take public transit or a taxi from airports to hotels. However, this was our first trip to Asia and with a 12-hour flight from Chicago, we decided that we needed to make the hotel transfer easy. And it was. Communication with the company was excellent. Professional service that takes the stress out of airport transfers. Our family has been to Tokyo a few times. Airport transfer by train, taxi, and private car. This service is good value, especially for groups. We had a very comfortable and well kept vehicle. Driver was very professional, polite, and easy to work with. We had an hour long flight delay and sat on the runway for 20 minutes after landing. This service was very flexible and helpful through the situation. Driver was patiently waiting when we arrived.

Karazawa Ryou was our driver. He texted us his contact info via Whatsap the day before our flight. In between flights, we learned that our connecting flight had been delayed. Instead of arriving at 9:15pm, we would now be arriving at I1:30pm. Such a significant amount of delay time...plus, arriving so much LATER at night, I was worried that our driver would no longer be able to pick us up. I notified him, and he responded, "Don't worry. I'll wait for you. See you later." He even included a smiley face! I went from panic to peace in an instant. As we were exiting the plane, I received a text from him notifying me that we had landed at Terminal 2, so it would be quicker to get out. I should let him know once we had picked up our luggage, and he would be at the exit within one minute with a sign. I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly this process went, and the SUV exceeded my expectations. It was lush and immaculately clean. I commend the driver on his professionalism and would not hesitate to hire him again. This experience was BETTER THAN PERFECT!
