This was such an easy stress free experience. I have taken many airport transfers and this was by far the easiest and most efficient experience I have ever had. The communication was frequent and proactive. I cannot say enough about this company. 100% recommend
I left something in the car — what should I do?

Tell RydAgent as soon as you can: message us from the chat on your booking page — it stays open for 24 hours after pickup — or reply to your booking email, with your Booking ID and a description of what you left. We check with your driver straight away, and if the item is in the car, we arrange how it gets back to you. The sooner you tell us, the easier it is to find, because your driver may have another ride soon.

I left something in a taxi I hailed on the street in Tokyo
That isn't a RydAgent ride, so contact the taxi company directly — its name is on your receipt or in your ride-hail app. If you don't know the company, report the loss at a police station or police box (koban). The Tokyo Taxi Center and the Tokyo Metropolitan Police explain this on the pages linked below (in Japanese).
