With RydAgent each leg is its own booking: a round trip is two bookings, and a multi-day trip is one booking per transfer or charter day, each at the published fixed price. Book the legs one after another on the same booking page; each gets its own confirmation, its own booking page and its own free cancellation until 24 hours before that leg's pickup. If people in your group arrive on different flights, book a pickup for each flight, so each driver goes by that flight's landing. Booking the return now costs nothing extra up front: legs more than 48 hours away can be reserved for ¥0 today.
Enter the pickup, drop-off, date and time — for an airport pickup, your flight number — and complete the booking.
Return transfer, the next city, or a full-day charter: start a new booking for each one. Your contact details are the same each time.
Travelling on different flights? Book separate pickups, so free waiting runs from each flight's actual landing.
Change or cancel one leg without touching the others, from “Manage this booking online” in that leg's confirmation email.
You plan the trip. We bring the car. Your route, your hotels, your pace. Tell us your dates and where you'll be each day, and we'll quote a car and driver for each day you need one — airport transfers, intercity rides and full-day charters — each booked at the published price.
If at least one day of your trip is a full-day charter, child seats are free on every leg. Don't tick the child seat add-on — write “child seat × N (multi-day trip, free)” in NOTES on each booking instead. Otherwise seats are ¥2,000 each.
