Narita Airport to Nikko

By public transport, Narita to Nikko requires 3–3.5 hours with 2 transfers: Narita Express to Tokyo Station, Tohoku Shinkansen to Utsunomiya, then JR Nikko line for the final 45 minutes — busy stations, luggage hauling, and Shinkansen pricing (¥8,000+ per person).
