Nothing changes on your side: RydAgent tracks your flight for your airport pickup in Japan, so however late you land — 30 minutes or 3 hours — your driver goes by your actual landing time, and you don't need to tell us about the delay. Free waiting on pickups timed to your flight is 90 minutes from actual landing; after that your RydAgent driver keeps waiting if you ask, for ¥6,000 an hour (Alphard) or ¥8,000 (HiAce) in 15-minute blocks. If the airline cancels your flight or moves it to another day, you choose a free change or a full refund, even inside 24 hours.

If you ask, your driver keeps waiting past the 90 minutes — if they have another ride, we reassign it. RydAgent charges extra time at ¥6,000 an hour for an Alphard and ¥8,000 for a HiAce, in 15-minute blocks; under 15 minutes isn't charged.
If the airline cancels your flight or moves it to another day, you choose: a free change to your new flight, or a full refund — even inside 24 hours. This covers airport transfers booked with your flight number. Send us the airline's notice or your new flight details; for a pickup, your driver then goes by the new flight, with 90 minutes of free waiting from its actual landing.
Your choice: cash to your driver, a card payment link on the spot, or the same link later, once you're settled at your hotel.
