USA to Japan: Real Airport Transfer Patterns from 670 United / Delta / American Arrivals (LAX SFO SEA EWR JFK to Tokyo 2026)

Quick AnswerUSA → Japan airport transfer 2026 fixed prices, drawn from 670 United / Delta / American arrivals we have met ourselves across 18 flight numbers: RydAgent's fixed price is ¥24,000 for NRT → Tokyo central in the Alphard (Aman / Park Hyatt / Mandarin / Conrad / Hyatt). HND → Tokyo central ¥16,000 Alphard. NRT → Disney Bay area ¥28,000 HiAce family / ¥24,000 Alphard. HND → Disney ¥20,000 HiAce / ¥16,000 Alphard. NRT → Hakone (Fujiya 145-year ryokan) ¥59,000. CTS → Niseko ¥70,000 (US ski week). KIX → Kyoto ¥30,000 (Tokyo-Kyoto-Osaka loop second leg). For US family-of-4 with 4 large suitcases, the per-person math (¥6,000/pax) lands competitive with NEX + station taxi after factoring jet-lag, luggage stress, and English-speaking driver convenience. Multi-leg loop coordination under one Tokyo dispatcher. Airport pickups can be booked online until 20:00 Japan time the day before pickup with no rush fee, and waiting is free for 90 minutes from your actual touchdown. Book in 30 seconds at rydagent.com. You're flying United, Delta, or American across the Pacific — and every flight lands you in a different transfer trap

On UA837 SFO → NRT landing 15:00 after the redeye, you've slept maybe 4 broken hours in economy and your body still thinks it's 22:00 PT. Customs and baggage clear 16:00, you're at NRT arrival hall with 4 large suitcases plus the family's carry-ons and your spouse's question "where's the train station". Tokyo public transport from NRT: Narita Express ¥3,140/pax × 4 = ¥12,280 + JR + Tokyo Metro to Aman Tokyo Otemachi — 90+ minutes with 2 transfers, your wife's eyes glazing over. RydAgent Alphard NRT → Aman Tokyo Yamashita-dori private entrance ¥24,000 fixed, 60-90 min, driver pulls into Aman valet who takes 6 suitcases curbside. Total time from car door to suite: 8 minutes. You wake up tomorrow not remembering the airport, only remembering the Aman.

That's one flight. Every common US-to-Japan flight has its own pain profile: AA27 LAX → HND lands 15:50 into the building rush; DL167 SEA → HND lands 14:20 at the worst possible jet-lag gap; UA131 EWR → HND puts East Coast professionals on Tokyo ground at 13:35 after fourteen hours in the air; AA175 DFW → HND lands 14:20 and is the flight most often mistaken for a Narita arrival. The right airport transfer strategy is flight-specific, demographic-specific, and luggage-specific. This guide maps the patterns we've observed across 670 arrivals we have met ourselves on 18 United, Delta and American flight numbers (United 290, Delta 241, American 139), grouped by both flight number and US-traveller demographic so you can match your own profile. Every landing time below is the one we see most often on that flight number in our own records; timetables shift with the season, so check your own date.

If you're on UA837 SFO → NRT or UA875 SFO → HND (West Coast afternoon arrival)

United flies San Francisco into both Tokyo airports and the pair is easy to confuse. UA837 SFO → Narita lands 15:00 and we have met it 33 times. UA875 SFO → Haneda lands 13:55 and we have met it 42 times. From Los Angeles it is UA39 into Haneda at 15:05 (30 arrivals) and UA32 into Narita at 14:10 (21 arrivals). All four land in the early-afternoon window and customs typically takes 30 to 40 minutes, so you reach the arrival hall with the afternoon ahead of you but jet lag firmly in your body's 22:00 Pacific bedtime sense.

The West Coast afternoon-arrival trap is the gap between airport-ready and hotel-ready. Most central Tokyo luxury hotels (Aman, Park Hyatt, Mandarin Oriental, Conrad, Hoshinoya Tokyo, Four Seasons Otemachi, Mandarin Pavilion, Andaz, Imperial, Imperial Hotel Tower) check guests in from 15:00, so a 16:00 clearance gives you a tight but workable window if you skip public transport and book direct. RydAgent Alphard NRT → Tokyo central ¥24,000 fixed (60-90 min): you arrive at the Aman valet 17:00-17:30, you're in the suite by 17:45, you have time for a shower + room service before fighting to stay awake until 21:00 Tokyo bedtime, which is the whole point of not sleeping in the car. If your ticket is UA875 or UA39 into Haneda rather than Narita, the same Alphard run into central Tokyo is ¥16,000 and takes 30 to 50 minutes.

For the UA837 Narita business demographic heading to Marunouchi (Mandarin Oriental, Shangri-La Marunouchi, Four Seasons Otemachi) for a 3-day meeting trip, we coordinate the driver to use the discreet hotel arrival lane rather than the street drop-off — the Mandarin Pavilion's private elevator is 8 seconds from the curb instead of 4 minutes via the lobby. For family-of-4 UA837 arrivals to Park Hyatt Tokyo or Conrad Tokyo, the same ¥24,000 covers everyone + 4 large suitcases in one Alphard ride, ¥6,000/pax — competitively below N'EX + Yamanote line + station taxi combo (~¥18-22K combined family-of-4) once you factor 4 separate Suica top-ups, the inevitable JR ticket-machine confusion at NRT JR station, and the 18:00 commuter rush on the Yamanote.

If you're on DL167 SEA → HND (Pacific Northwest tech / Seattle business)

DL167 Seattle → Haneda lands 14:20 on the times we see most often and we have met it 47 times. It is Delta's Pacific Northwest run into Tokyo, and it sets you on the road just as the city starts to fill. The DL167 passenger profile we see repeatedly: Seattle tech (Microsoft, Amazon, Boeing engineering, Costco corporate) and Seattle / Portland family vacationers, with a meaningful subset of US-based Japanese-American family heritage trips returning to visit relatives in greater Tokyo.

The DL167 jet-lag trap is specific: you land at 14:20 Tokyo time with your body clock somewhere around 22:20 the previous evening in Seattle. You're hours into the "should be sleeping" window at the exact moment Tokyo starts building towards its evening commuter rush. Take public transport and you meet the 16:30-19:00 window, when the Tokyo Monorail and Keikyu Line are sardine-packed with returning commuters — standing for 30 minutes with two suitcases per person while jet-lagged is the worst possible Day 1 start. RydAgent Alphard HND → Tokyo central hotel ¥16,000 fixed: driver routes via the Keiyo or Wangan Expressway side roads to bypass the Rainbow Bridge bottleneck during evening rush, total drive 30-50 min with you sitting comfortably + all luggage in the same vehicle.

For the DL167 Seattle tech demographic specifically: we text or email you a link to your booking page before your flight, and our team is on WhatsApp 24/7, so the Tokyo arrival logistics get sorted while you're still in your Bellevue office. For Seattle business arrivals going to Marunouchi or Akasaka for tech-industry meetings (Google Japan, Amazon Japan, Microsoft Japan Garage), the Alphard's USB-C charging and Wi-Fi-equipped cabin lets you finish slack messages from the car during the 30-40 min HND → Marunouchi run.

If you're on AA27 LAX → HND (US family Disney arrivals)

AA27 Los Angeles → Haneda lands 15:50 on the times we see most often and we have met it 28 times. The passenger mix splits two ways: West Coast family Disney trips, and West Coast business or honeymoon arrivals into central Tokyo. For the Disney half, AA27 is the friendly one, because a mid-afternoon Haneda landing lets you go HND → Tokyo Disney Bay area direct, skip the Tokyo central detour, and have everyone in a Disney-property bed by 19:30.

RydAgent HiAce (up to 9 passengers) family configuration HND → Tokyo Disney Bay ¥20,000 fixed (45-60 min) — holds 5 + 6-8 large suitcases including Disney shopping headroom + booster seats + double stroller. Between 5 and 9 people there is no single-vehicle alternative in Japan: UberXL lists up to 6 seats and the 9-seat jumbo taxi has to be reserved ahead, so the usual fallback is two vehicles and two fares. For family-of-4 specifically (no grandparents), the Alphard at ¥16,000 also handles 4 passengers with 4 large bags in the Disney-luggage profile. Disney Bay-area hotels we transfer to regularly: Hilton Tokyo Bay, Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay, Grand Nikko Tokyo Bay, Hotel Okura Tokyo Bay, Tokyo Bay Maihama Hotel, Disney Ambassador Hotel, Tokyo Disneyland Hotel, Tokyo DisneySea Hotel MiraCosta. Each has slightly different night-time check-in procedures, and which Bay-area properties take a 19:00-20:00 check-in without pre-coordination is recorded in the dispatch notes attached to the booking.

For the Disney family trip planning piece: book the airport transfer at the same time as the Disney park tickets, not after — we've had clients book Disney 4 months out and the airport transfer the week before, then realize they want a HiAce instead of the 2-Alphard convoy. Locking the HiAce 60+ days ahead guarantees the 9-passenger configuration; closer to the date we may need to substitute 2 Alphards (¥32,000 total) due to seasonal HiAce demand at HND.

If you're on UA131 EWR → HND (East Coast professional, fourteen hours in the air)

UA131 Newark → Haneda lands 13:35 on the times we see most often. We have met it 48 times, which makes it the single most common US carrier arrival in our own records. The UA131 demographic skews to East Coast professional (Wall Street banking, NYC consulting / law firm partners, Boston / Philadelphia / DC business) plus a meaningful luxury family-vacation segment (East Coast 4-pax going to Aman, Park Hyatt, Hoshinoya for the high-end Tokyo experience their schedule lets them only do once every 2-3 years).

The UA131 challenge isn't the flight time. It's arriving at 13:35 Tokyo time with your body clock at 00:35 in New York, already spent before you reach the customs queue. Clearance usually puts you in the Haneda arrival hall between 14:15 and 14:45. RydAgent's fixed price is ¥16,000 for the Alphard from Haneda to the Marunouchi business cluster, typically 30 to 50 minutes. The driver waits with a name board, we track the flight, and waiting is free for 90 minutes from your actual touchdown, so a two-hour delay costs you nothing. If your ticket is UA79 into Narita instead, landing 14:30, the same run is ¥24,000.

For UA131 executive arrivals heading to Mandarin Oriental Tokyo / Park Hyatt Tokyo / Four Seasons Otemachi / Aman / Conrad for 3-day meeting trips: we coordinate the driver to use each hotel's discreet arrival lane (Mandarin Pavilion private elevator is 8 seconds from the curb to the suite, vs 4 minutes via the main lobby), with the Alphard's USB-C charging and Wi-Fi letting you finish the post-flight email triage during the 60-90 min in-vehicle window. For UA131 family-of-4 to Aman Tokyo or Hoshinoya Tokyo for a once-every-three-years luxury vacation, the ¥16,000 / 4 = ¥4,000/pax math comfortably beats public transport + station taxi + the jet-lag premium.

If you're on DL295 ATL → HND (Southeast US Atlanta hub)

DL295 Atlanta → Haneda lands 14:15 on the times we see most often, and we have met it 60 times, which makes it Delta's busiest US arrival in our own records. The DL295 demographic is the Southeast US Atlanta hub: Atlanta business (Coca-Cola, Delta corporate, Home Depot, UPS), plus Southeast family vacationers (Florida snowbirds doing Japan cherry blossom trip, Texas / Tennessee family Disney trips, Carolinas honeymooners).

The DL295 timing pattern sits alongside DL167 and DL7 (Los Angeles → Haneda, landing 14:00, 47 arrivals): an early-afternoon Haneda landing, on the road before the rush hardens. RydAgent's fixed price is ¥16,000 for the Alphard from Haneda to central Tokyo, or ¥20,000 for the HiAce with six or more of you, with no late-night surcharge and no rush-hour premium. For Atlanta business arrivals going to Marunouchi / Akasaka for industry meetings, the coordination is the same as DL167. For Southeast family Disney trips on DL295, see the AA27 section above: Haneda to the Bay area is ¥20,000 in the HiAce, ¥4,000 each for five.

Atlanta hub passengers connecting to other US Southeast / Florida cities frequently arrive Atlanta from Tampa, Orlando, Miami, Nashville, Charlotte, Raleigh — the connecting-flight stress on top of the 14-hour transpacific compounds at Atlanta gate change. We've had Florida cruise-bound clients fly Tampa → Atlanta → Tokyo on DL295 with a connecting cruise scheduled at Yokohama 2 days later — the airport transfer + 2-night Tokyo stay + Yokohama cruise port transfer all coordinate under one passenger reservation (covered in our cruise boarding-day blog).

If you're doing the US first-time Japan classic loop (Tokyo → Kyoto → Osaka, 7-10 days)

US first-time Japan travellers overwhelmingly book the classic Tokyo → Kyoto → Osaka loop, typically 7-10 days. The pattern we see repeatedly: UA / DL / AA arrival NRT or HND → 3-4 nights central Tokyo hotel → Tokyo Station Shinkansen to Kyoto (2 hours 15 min on the Nozomi or Hikari, scenic Fuji-view if you book Side E on the south side) → 2-3 nights Kyoto hotel → JR Special Rapid Kyoto to Osaka → 1-2 nights Osaka hotel → KIX departure to LAX / SFO / SEA / DFW.

RydAgent coordinates all four pickup legs under one passenger reservation:

  • Leg 1: NRT or HND → Tokyo hotel ¥24,000 NRT / ¥16,000 HND Alphard
  • Leg 2: Tokyo Station Shinkansen platform meet-and-greet to Kyoto hotel ¥19,000 (you take the Shinkansen yourself with luggage, we meet you at Kyoto Station central exit) OR Tokyo hotel → Kyoto hotel direct ¥150,000 inter-city Alphard 5.5 hours scenic (skip bullet train if you're 4 people with 4 large suitcases + 4 carry-ons)
  • Leg 3: Kyoto hotel → Osaka hotel ¥32,000 transfer, about 1 hour (or JR Special Rapid ¥570/pax if you'd rather use rail)
  • Leg 4: Osaka hotel → KIX ¥19,000 Alphard 60 min

For US family-of-4 booking all 4 legs as Alphard + Shinkansen self-travel: total ¥94,000 across all 4 transfers + Shinkansen tickets ¥13,320/pax × 4 = ¥147,280 combined for all family transportation across the loop. RydAgent dispatcher in Tokyo handles all coordination — Kansai legs are serviced by our Osaka partner 株式会社立的 (corporate number 6120001271333) but you communicate with one English-speaking team throughout. Multi-leg bookings get a single passenger reference for easier tracking, and the dispatcher confirms Shinkansen connection timing so you don't miss your bullet train (a common US first-timer concern given JR Pass + bullet train + station taxi logistics in unfamiliar cities).

US Disney family — Hilton Bay, Sheraton, Grand Nikko, Disney Hotels

Tokyo Disney Resort is one of the largest single-destination magnets for US family travellers, and our Bay-area work peaks in March (US spring break), June-July (US summer break) and December (US winter holiday). The Bay-area hotel cluster includes: Hilton Tokyo Bay, Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay, Grand Nikko Tokyo Bay, Hotel Okura Tokyo Bay, Tokyo Bay Maihama Hotel, Disney Ambassador Hotel, Tokyo Disneyland Hotel, Tokyo DisneySea Hotel MiraCosta. Each has slightly different night-time check-in procedures.

For US Disney families: arrive at Haneda on AA27 from Los Angeles (landing 15:50), DL295 from Atlanta (14:15), DL275 from Detroit (16:15) or UA875 from San Francisco (13:55), then route HND → Disney Bay direct ¥20,000 HiAce / ¥16,000 Alphard. Skip the Tokyo central detour entirely; you don't need to visit Shibuya at 19:00 with 5 jet-lagged people and Disney Mickey hats. Disney property restaurants are open until 22:00 and our driver knows the discreet drop-off lanes at each of the 8 Bay-area properties so you avoid the standard arrival queue.

For US families arriving at Narita instead (UA837 from San Francisco, UA32 from Los Angeles, AA61 from Dallas, UA79 from Newark), the NRT → Disney Bay route is ¥28,000 HiAce / ¥24,000 Alphard (75-90 min). Slightly longer drive than Haneda but the same direct-to-Disney philosophy applies: skip Tokyo central, kids in Disney beds by 20:30.

US honeymoon — Aman, Hoshinoya, Park Hyatt, Mandarin, Ritz-Carlton arrival

US honeymoon couples are a large share of our top-end hotel arrivals. The classic US honeymoon Tokyo arrival: UA131 EWR / UA837 SFO / DL167 SEA / AA27 LAX → Aman Tokyo, Hoshinoya Tokyo, Park Hyatt Tokyo, Mandarin Oriental Tokyo, Four Seasons Otemachi, Ritz-Carlton Tokyo, or Aman Kyoto / Hoshinoya Kyoto in the Kansai loop.

Vehicle choice for US honeymoon:

  • Alphard ¥24,000 NRT / ¥16,000 HND: Up to 4 passengers with 4 large bags. Leather captain's chairs, reclining rear seats, dimmable cabin lighting, and enough room that a couple plus four cases never touch each other. This is the vehicle behind the large majority of our honeymoon arrivals.
  • HiAce ¥30,000 NRT / ¥20,000 HND: Up to 9 passengers with 9 large bags. Relevant when the honeymoon travels with parents or siblings, or when a couple arrives with ski or golf equipment stacked on top of the wedding luggage.
  • There is no third tier, and that is deliberate: no sedan class, no marque to pick, no premium for a 23:00 landing. What goes into the arrival instead is a name board at the gate, live flight tracking, 90 minutes of free waiting from your actual touchdown, and a price that already contains expressway tolls, parking and fuel. The dispatcher coordinates the approach at Aman Tokyo's Yamashita-dori private entrance or Park Hyatt's B1 valet so you step out where the hotel is expecting you.

For US honeymooners extending to Hakone (Fujiya Hotel 145-year heritage, Hakone Gora ryokan) on Day 3 or 4: NRT → Hakone direct ¥59,000 Alphard or ¥72,000 HiAce (2.5-3 hours). HND → Hakone ¥46,000 Alphard or ¥59,000 HiAce. Both figures are fixed at booking, already contain the expressway tolls and parking, and neither moves if your flight lands at 23:00 instead of 15:00. If you would rather break the drive at Owakudani or Lake Ashi than run straight to the ryokan, ask at booking: a mid-route stop is a priced add-on quoted before you pay.

US business — Marunouchi / Otemachi cluster (Mandarin, Park Hyatt, Conrad, Aman, Four Seasons)

US business travelers — Wall Street finance, NYC / Boston / DC / Chicago / SF / LA corporate executives, tech industry, consulting partners — concentrate at the Marunouchi / Otemachi luxury cluster: Mandarin Oriental Tokyo (the executive standard), Park Hyatt Tokyo (Lost in Translation iconic), Conrad Tokyo (Hilton corporate program), Four Seasons Otemachi (newer, modernist), Aman Tokyo (private elevator entrance), Shangri-La Marunouchi (Pacific Rim corporate).

For US business arrivals on UA131 EWR / UA837 SFO / DL167 SEA / AA175 DFW / AA167 JFK (Kennedy → Haneda, landing 13:55, 45 arrivals), the Alphard NRT ¥24,000 / HND ¥16,000 includes coordination with each hotel's discreet arrival lane: Mandarin Pavilion private elevator (8 seconds curbside to suite), Park Hyatt valet (separate executive entrance away from the main Park Tower lobby), Conrad concierge fast-track for Hilton Diamond members, Four Seasons Otemachi private check-in lounge. Your booking page shows the driver's name and license plate once assigned, and your executive assistant can be CC'd on the booking for easier expense reconciliation. Receipts are issued in English / Japanese / both with consolidated invoicing for multi-trip clients.

US ski week — Niseko, Hakuba, Furano (December-March)

US enthusiasm for Niseko Hokkaido is meaningful and growing — particularly from Vail / Aspen / Park City / Lake Tahoe ski demographics looking for the next powder destination. Classic US ski-week pattern: UA / DL / AA flight LAX or SEA → NRT → ANA domestic NRT to New Chitose Airport (CTS) → ground transfer CTS → Niseko Hirafu / Hanazono / Hanazono Vail / Hokkaido Tracks village.

RydAgent CTS → Niseko ¥70,000 fixed Alphard (2-2.5 hours), handled by our Hokkaido partner 株式会社和行天下 (Sapporo, Japanese corporate number 9430001093462). Drivers run studless winter tires November through April and are experienced on the Niseko corridor's snow-and-ice mountain road conditions. For Alphard 4-pax with ski equipment, 4 + 4 large suitcases + 2-3 ski bags comes to 10-11, over the Alphard's 8 for passengers plus large items — for a 2-couple group with shared gear we'd suggest the HiAce or sending the skis ahead.

For 5+ US travelers with ski equipment (US ski-group-of-6 / 8 colleagues on a Vail-style buddy trip), the Niseko route also runs a HiAce (up to 9 passengers) — book 1 HiAce ¥77,000 or 2 Alphards ¥140,000 total, drivers coordinate convoy via WhatsApp and stay in contact through the snowy mountain drive. For US ski clients with custom skis / snowboards exceeding the standard luggage profile, confirm equipment dimensions in booking notes 7 days ahead so the dispatcher pre-positions appropriate vehicles at CTS.

US senior heritage trip — Hiroshima / WWII memorial / cultural pilgrimage

A smaller but emotionally significant US demographic: senior travelers (often US veterans, Japanese-American family heritage, or first-time-to-Japan cultural pilgrims aged 65-85) traveling to Hiroshima Peace Memorial, Kyushu, or WWII-related sites. These clients value fixed pricing without surprises, accessibility-friendly Alphard step-height (lower than HiAce), and a more measured pickup pace (no rushed loading).

For US senior heritage arrivals on UA / DL / AA → NRT or HND, the Alphard at standard pricing handles the airport leg comfortably, and we extend the same coordination to onward Shinkansen connections (Tokyo Station meet-and-greet to Hiroshima) plus Hiroshima local transfers (Hiroshima Station to a city hotel is ¥19,000 in the Alphard). For Hiroshima-bound US travelers who'd rather skip the Shinkansen logistics entirely, we coordinate inter-city Alphard Tokyo → Hiroshima for accessibility cases (10-hour scenic drive) under special-rate inquiry — WhatsApp dispatcher quotes case-by-case.

Landing times in the table are the ones we see most often on those flight numbers in our own arrivals, not a published timetable. Airlines move them with the season, so check your own date and book against your own ticket.

For US family-of-4 weighing private transfer vs Narita Express + station taxi: the per-person math favors public transport only for 1-2 solo US travelers with carry-on luggage. For family-of-4 with 6 large suitcases (the typical US Japan-trip luggage profile), RydAgent typically lands at ¥4,000-6,000 per person — straight comparable to N'EX + Yamanote + station taxi combo after factoring 4 Suica top-ups + JR ticket-machine confusion + the 18:00 commuter rush + the jet-lag premium. For US Disney family arrivals, US honeymoon, US business at Marunouchi luxury cluster, US ski-week Niseko, US senior heritage trips, and US first-time Tokyo-Kyoto-Osaka loop, the private-transfer math wins straight on convenience + service + predictability.

Loved their service, they accommodated us even if we had last minute chnages. It was a great experience!!!

— J C

The driver contacted us as soon as we landed in Tokyo. He provided clear instructions how to meet after we got our luggage. He had to wait an extra 30 mins since our plane was delayed. Great service, great / clean car and a nice ride to our hotel. Thanks.

— Henry Avetisyan, Jul 2026

My wife and I had a flawless experience using this transfer service from Tokyo's Haneda Airport to Central Tokyo. Although we are in our 70s, we are experienced travelers and usually take public transit or a taxi from airports to hotels. However, this was our first trip to Asia and with a 12-hour flight from Chicago, we decided that we needed to make the hotel transfer easy. And it was. Communication with the company was excellent. They messaged me through WhatsApp several times to make everything was clear. In fact, I messaged them when we landed, that the plane was an hour early and hoped they could pick us up sooner. They responded yes and sure enough our driver,John, was there to meet us past customs. John was very friendly and very professional. His English was excellent. He handled the luggage. The vehicle was comfortable. He made us feel welcome. I highly recommend them and would use them again without hesitation.

Our driver picked us up at our hotel and dropped us at Haneda Airport Departures (Terminal 3) as requested. It was a very comfortable and safe ride and the vehicle was very clean and spacious. Thank you so much!

Great experience using this private transfer from our hotel to Haneda Airport. Booking was easy, and when we needed to adjust our pickup time, the operator was very responsive. The driver arrived on time and the ride was smooth and stress-free. Would definitely use again.

Professional service that takes the stress out of airport transfers. Our family has been to Tokyo a few times. Airport transfer by train, taxi, and private car. This service is good value, especially for groups. We had a very comfortable and well kept vehicle. Driver was very professional, polite, and easy to work with. We had an hour long flight delay and sat on the runway for 20 minutes after landing. This service was very flexible and helpful through the situation. Driver was patiently waiting when we arrived.

Karazawa Ryou was our driver. He texted us his contact info via Whatsap the day before our flight. In between flights, we learned that our connecting flight had been delayed. Instead of arriving at 9:15pm, we would now be arriving at I1:30pm. Such a significant amount of delay time...plus, arriving so much LATER at night, I was worried that our driver would no longer be able to pick us up. I notified him, and he responded, "Don't worry. I'll wait for you. See you later." He even included a smiley face! I went from panic to peace in an instant. As we were exiting the plane, I received a text from him notifying me that we had landed at Terminal 2, so it would be quicker to get out. I should let him know once we had picked up our luggage, and he would be at the exit within one minute with a sign. I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly this process went, and the SUV exceeded my expectations. It was lush and immaculately clean. I commend the driver on his professionalism and would not hesitate to hire him again. This experience was BETTER THAN PERFECT!
