Singapore to Japan by Flight Number: 226 Verified SQ and Scoot Arrivals (SQ12, SQ632, SQ636, SQ634, SQ638, TR882 in 2026)

Quick AnswerFor a Singapore arrival at Haneda, RydAgent's fixed price is ¥16,000 for the Toyota Alphard (up to 4 passengers) and ¥20,000 for the Toyota HiAce (up to 9 passengers) to a central Tokyo address. From Narita, RydAgent's fixed price is ¥24,000 Alphard and ¥30,000 HiAce. Kansai Airport to Kyoto is ¥30,000 / ¥34,000, Kansai to Osaka ¥19,000 / ¥24,000, and New Chitose to Niseko ¥70,000 / ¥77,000. Tolls, parking and fuel are inside every number, there is no night rate at any hour, and every airport pickup gets 90 minutes of free waiting counted from the actual touchdown. The flight data here is first party: 226 Singapore arrivals across the six flights we have met often enough to publish times for, namely SQ12 (SIN to NRT 17:30, 47 arrivals), SQ632 (SIN to HND 15:45, 46), SQ636 (SIN to HND 06:45, 41), SQ634 (SIN to HND 21:55, 38), SQ638 (SIN to NRT 08:00, 32) and Scoot TR882 (SIN to HND 01:05, 22). Where these Singapore times come from, and why that matters

Most Singapore to Japan transfer guides are copying a published timetable. Timetables move with the season and airlines recycle flight numbers between routes, which is how a page ends up sending a reader to Narita at dawn on a flight that is actually a Haneda arrival at night. This page works the other way round. Every flight below is one we have collected at the kerb, and the departure time, the arrival airport and the arrival time come from our own dispatch records. Where a flight has shifted across the year, the time shown is the one we have met most often.

That gives six Singapore departures with enough repeat volume to publish and 226 arrivals across them, spread neatly across the whole clock: two dawn arrivals, two afternoon and evening arrivals, one late evening arrival and one after midnight. Departure times are local in Singapore and arrival times are local in Japan. Treat them as the pattern we see, then check your own booking, because seasonal schedule changes do move flights.

SQ636 into Haneda at 06:45 and SQ638 into Narita at 08:00: the dawn arrivals

SQ636 leaves Changi at 23:50 and lands Haneda at 06:45, 41 arrivals in our records. SQ638 leaves at 00:55 and lands Narita at 08:00, 32 arrivals. Same problem, two airports: you are through customs before any Tokyo hotel intends to give you a room, and the standard check-in is 15:00.

The part that can actually be solved is the first hour. RydAgent's fixed price is ¥16,000 Alphard or ¥20,000 HiAce from Haneda, and ¥24,000 or ¥30,000 from Narita, to a central Tokyo address, with tolls, parking and fuel inside the number and no early morning rate. The driver takes the cases to the bell desk, the property holds the luggage, and the day starts at breakfast rather than on a platform. What we will not do is promise an early room; that is the hotel's decision and pretending otherwise just moves the disappointment to arrival day. What we will do is set the drop-off at the entrance that is actually staffed before 08:00, which at several Tokyo properties is not the one a mapping app sends a taxi to.

The other good use of a dawn arrival is to skip Tokyo entirely. Haneda to Hakone is ¥46,000 Alphard and ¥59,000 HiAce, and Haneda to the Mt Fuji and Kawaguchiko area is the same ¥46,000 and ¥59,000, which puts an SQ636 party at a ryokan before lunch with the whole afternoon in an onsen. From Narita the same two runs are ¥59,000 and ¥72,000.

SQ632 into Haneda at 15:45 and SQ12 into Narita at 17:30: the afternoon pair

SQ632 leaves Changi at 08:40 and lands Haneda at 15:45, 46 arrivals in our records. SQ12 leaves at 10:25 and lands Narita at 17:30, 47 arrivals. These are the two highest volume Singapore flights we meet, and between them they cover most business and family arrivals into Tokyo.

Both land into the Tokyo evening peak, so neither drive is quick. The difference is the airport, and it is worth about ¥8,000 and forty minutes. Haneda to a central Tokyo hotel is ¥16,000 Alphard and ¥20,000 HiAce; Narita is ¥24,000 and ¥30,000. On a party of four that is ¥4,000 a head against ¥6,000. If your itinerary offers both on the same day, take Haneda unless your first night is east or north of the city, where Narita is genuinely closer.

This is also the window where the difference between a booked car and a rail plan is largest, and it is not really about speed. Public transport at 17:00 on a weekday will get you there; it will do it while you stand with a case in each hand in a carriage that is full of people going home from work. On four passengers with four cases the Alphard is comparable to a monorail fare plus a station taxi at the far end, with the luggage in the boot.

SQ634 into Haneda at 21:55: late, but not too late

SQ634 leaves Changi at 14:55 and lands Haneda at 21:55, 38 arrivals in our records. Bags and immigration usually put you at the kerb between 22:25 and 22:50. The road is clear at that hour and the drive into central Tokyo is the fastest of any Singapore arrival on this page.

Two things are worth knowing. The fare is identical to a midday arrival, ¥16,000 Alphard or ¥20,000 HiAce, because we do not have a night rate and a metered taxi at that hour does. And the hotel you arrive at will be quieter than the one you booked in your head: the restaurant will be closing and the concierge desk may be on a night shift. If somebody in the party needs to eat, one quick stop on the way, such as a convenience store for under 30 minutes, can be added with Driver assistance when you book (¥3,000 Alphard, ¥4,000 HiAce; write the stop in the notes) rather than turning it into a walk you did not plan at 23:00. A sit-down meal on the way would make it an hourly charter.

Scoot TR882 into Haneda at 01:05: the arrival with no train

TR882 leaves Changi at 18:15 and lands Haneda at 01:05, 22 arrivals in our records. This is the one arrival on the page where there is genuinely no public option left: the rail network has finished for the night, and the choice is a metered taxi with the statutory late-night surcharge or a car that was booked before you left Singapore.

RydAgent's fixed price is ¥16,000 Alphard or ¥20,000 HiAce into central Tokyo, the same number as at midday, because we do not charge a night rate at any hour. On a group of four that is ¥4,000 a head, which is the cheapest way anybody gets from Haneda into the city at 01:30. Book this one earlier than you would a daytime flight so the driver is already at the airport rather than driving out to it, and expect us to be tracking the aircraft rather than the timetable: on a low cost carrier a 20 to 40 minute slip is normal, and the 90 minutes of free waiting run from the actual touchdown either way.

Three generations, eight people, one vehicle

Singapore family trips to Japan cluster in the school holidays and around Chinese New Year, and they arrive larger than most other markets we serve: six, seven and eight travelling together is normal rather than exceptional. This is the situation the HiAce exists for.

Up to 9 passengers with 9 large cases in one vehicle, ¥20,000 fixed from Haneda and ¥30,000 from Narita, which at eight passengers is ¥2,500 and ¥3,750 a head. Japan has no on demand single-vehicle answer at that group size. UberXL lists up to 6 passengers, and the 9-seat jumbo taxis exist but have to be reserved in advance and are not waiting on the rank when you walk out of arrivals. Without a booking the outcome is two vehicles, two fares and two arrival times at the hotel, with the grandparents in one car and the luggage in the other.

If the older generation would rather have individual seats than a bench, two Alphards is ¥32,000 from Haneda or ¥48,000 from Narita and the drivers stay in contact on the way. Count oversized items separately and tell us at booking: buggies, golf bags and ski bags sit on top of the passenger count. Infant seats, child seats and boosters are ¥2,000 each, requested at booking and fitted before the vehicle leaves, because Japanese taxis are legally exempt from carrying them and do not have any on board.

Niseko in the Singapore ski fortnight

Late December to Chinese New Year is the most concentrated booking window on our Hokkaido routes, and almost all of it is Singapore. RydAgent's fixed price is ¥70,000 Alphard and ¥77,000 HiAce from New Chitose Airport to Niseko Hirafu or Hanazono, roughly 2 to 2.5 hours, run by our Hokkaido partner in Sapporo on studless winter tyres from November through April.

The honest comparison with the seasonal resort coach: the coach is much cheaper per person, and if your flight is on time and your lodge is near the village centre it is a sensible choice. What it will not do is wait for a delayed inbound, run outside its timetable, or drop you at an address that is not on its stop list. In a snow fortnight, a delayed inbound is not unusual, and a missed last coach in Hokkaido in January is a considerably worse evening than a missed train in Tokyo.

On capacity, with a large case and a ski bag each, an Alphard suits up to 2 people and a HiAce up to 6. Five or more need a HiAce at ¥77,000, since the Alphard seats 4. From three skiers we'd suggest the HiAce for the gear, or for up to four, two Alphards at ¥140,000 with the drivers keeping in contact on the mountain road. Confirm flight details about a week ahead so vehicles are positioned at New Chitose for your window rather than pulled in during the busiest fortnight of the Hokkaido year.

Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka under one booking

The classic first Singapore trip to Japan is eight to ten days across three cities, and the transfers are easier to hold together than most people expect. A representative shape: arrive Haneda on SQ632 or SQ636, four nights in Tokyo, Shinkansen to Kyoto, three nights, on to Osaka for two, then out of Kansai Airport.

  • Haneda to a Tokyo hotel: ¥16,000 Alphard, ¥20,000 HiAce
  • Kyoto to Osaka by road, if you would rather not change trains with luggage: ¥32,000 Alphard, ¥35,000 HiAce
  • An Osaka hotel to Kansai Airport: ¥19,000 Alphard, ¥24,000 HiAce
  • Kansai Airport to a Kyoto hotel, if you fly into Kansai instead: ¥30,000 Alphard, ¥34,000 HiAce
  • A full day with the driver staying with you: ¥7,000 per hour Alphard and ¥8,000 HiAce inside Tokyo, ¥8,000 and ¥9,000 outside Tokyo and in Kyoto, 8 hour minimum, no half day product

Short city legs such as a station meet and greet are quoted on request rather than listed, because the number depends on the address. Everything sits under one passenger reference with one dispatcher, which is the actual point: a Shinkansen that runs late becomes one WhatsApp message rather than four separate phone calls in four different places. An airport pickup can be booked online until 20:00 Japan time the day before you land with no rush charge, and a change of plan mid trip is not a new booking; addresses more than 50 km from a partner base also need 24 hours.

Where public transport still wins, honestly. One or two people with cabin bags on SQ632 or SQ12 will pay less on the train, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise. The arithmetic turns at three passengers, on any arrival after about 21:00, on any party of five or more, and on any arrival where somebody is carrying a child, a buggy or ski gear. On four passengers into Haneda the Alphard is ¥4,000 a head, which is roughly a monorail fare plus a station taxi with the cases in the boot instead of on your shoulder.

Why RydAgent for Singapore arrivals

RydAgent.com is operated by PLENS Inc., a Japanese travel service company registered in Saitama with its dispatch desk in Tokyo, and has delivered 36,000+ Narita and Haneda airport transfers through a network of 6 partner transport companies. RydAgent does not own the vehicles or employ the drivers directly; the network does, which is why one price holds across the seasons instead of moving with our own capacity. 226 of those arrivals are the six Singapore flights on this page, which is what lets us publish times rather than repeat a timetable. We are a GetYourGuide Approved Supplier and also listed on Viator and KKday, though booking direct at rydagent.com is about 5% cheaper than the OTA markup. Dispatch is staffed around the clock in Tokyo and we answer in English, Japanese and Chinese; an AI assistant or a real person replies to a WhatsApp message immediately, at any hour of the Singapore day. Reserve now, pay later is available, so the vehicle is held while you finish the rest of the itinerary. Pricing is fixed at booking with no surge, no late-night premium and no hidden tolls, and if the airline cancels your flight you choose between a free rebook and a full refund, inside 24 hours as well as outside it.

Book your Singapore to Japan transfer by flight number

The driver is pre-positioned for your landing window, and free waiting runs 90 minutes from actual touchdown with tolls and parking inside the fixed price. Singapore numbers don't get our text messages, so before your flight we email you a link to your booking page (and send it on WhatsApp too if you've messaged us there in the past 24 hours), where you can message your driver or our team.

— J C

The driver contacted us as soon as we landed in Tokyo. He provided clear instructions how to meet after we got our luggage. He had to wait an extra 30 mins since our plane was delayed. Great service, great / clean car and a nice ride to our hotel. Thanks.

— Henry Avetisyan, Jul 2026

My wife and I had a flawless experience using this transfer service from Tokyo's Haneda Airport to Central Tokyo. Although we are in our 70s, we are experienced travelers and usually take public transit or a taxi from airports to hotels. However, this was our first trip to Asia and with a 12-hour flight from Chicago, we decided that we needed to make the hotel transfer easy. And it was. Communication with the company was excellent. They messaged me through WhatsApp several times to make everything was clear. In fact, I messaged them when we landed, that the plane was an hour early and hoped they could pick us up sooner. They responded yes and sure enough our driver,John, was there to meet us past customs. John was very friendly and very professional. His English was excellent. He handled the luggage. The vehicle was comfortable. He made us feel welcome. I highly recommend them and would use them again without hesitation.

— Michael Bakov, Jul 2026

Our driver picked us up at our hotel and dropped us at Haneda Airport Departures (Terminal 3) as requested. It was a very comfortable and safe ride and the vehicle was very clean and spacious. Thank you so much!

— Valerie Pendon, Jun 2026

Great experience using this private transfer from our hotel to Haneda Airport. Booking was easy, and when we needed to adjust our pickup time, the operator was very responsive. The driver arrived on time and the ride was smooth and stress-free. Would definitely use again.

— Karen Kiefer-Fujimoto, Jun 2026

Professional service that takes the stress out of airport transfers. Our family has been to Tokyo a few times. Airport transfer by train, taxi, and private car. This service is good value, especially for groups. We had a very comfortable and well kept vehicle. Driver was very professional, polite, and easy to work with. We had an hour long flight delay and sat on the runway for 20 minutes after landing. This service was very flexible and helpful through the situation. Driver was patiently waiting when we arrived.

— Mark OBrien, Jun 2026

Karazawa Ryou was our driver. He texted us his contact info via Whatsap the day before our flight. In between flights, we learned that our connecting flight had been delayed. Instead of arriving at 9:15pm, we would now be arriving at I1:30pm. Such a significant amount of delay time...plus, arriving so much LATER at night, I was worried that our driver would no longer be able to pick us up. I notified him, and he responded, "Don't worry. I'll wait for you. See you later." He even included a smiley face! I went from panic to peace in an instant. As we were exiting the plane, I received a text from him notifying me that we had landed at Terminal 2, so it would be quicker to get out. I should let him know once we had picked up our luggage, and he would be at the exit within one minute with a sign. I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly this process went, and the SUV exceeded my expectations. It was lush and immaculately clean. I commend the driver on his professionalism and would not hesitate to hire him again. This experience was BETTER THAN PERFECT!

— Cheryl FitzGerald, May 2026

Very nice transfer service. Very helpful and most pleasant experience. Would use them again.

— William Thornton BC Guide Dogs, May 2026

If you ever find yourself in Tokyo and need an airport transfer or chauffeur service, I can highly recommend RydAgent. The vehicles are spacious and very well maintained. The drivers are extremely courteous and helpful. And the service is sensational! Many thanks to the whole team at RydAgent.
